湯治場に行った時の話です。
保険関係の仕事をしていた妻が、１年前に主任に出世して変わりました。
上司は営業成績の低迷を妻に押し付け、口答えすればパワハラ。
そのうちにセクハラも受ける様になり、やがて出来る筈も無い数字を求められ、妻も嫌々部下達に成績向上を求めたところ、部下達（仲間）に嫌われていった様でした。
そんな生活に妻の体は悲鳴を上げ、遂には軽い鬱症状になってしまったんです。
病院で診察すると、環境を変える事を勧められ、妻は退職をする事になりました。
