部下の女性社員へのセクハラ体験談
子会社へ転籍して社長になった。
とは言っても部下３人と女子事務１人の５人の会社でリストラに近い。
役員になったのに給料は２／３ぐらいに下がった。
取扱品は本社の製品で、客先もほとんどグループ会社。
部下の３人は他の子会社から、やはりリストラのような形で転籍してきたらしく、モチベーションは相当に低かった。
社長の私に対しても横柄というか、礼儀も知らないような感じの奴らだった。
