もう10年近く前の記憶です。
大学生のとき僕は陸上部に所属していました。
この大学の陸上部はレベルが高く、インターハイでも毎年入賞者を出すほどでした。
当然、練習は大変きつく、上下関係もまさに体育会系そのものといった感じでした。
そこでは、男子３・４年生に女子１年生が奉仕するというのが制度化していました。
