私は去年短大を卒業し、今、小さな運送会社の事務をしています。
女子社員は私一人、ドライバーがバイトを含め２０人くらい居ます。
ドライバーは気性が荒い人が多くて、その中人たちと仕事をしていくには私も気が強くなければやっていけません。
ドライバーのミスなのに理不尽なことで私が怒鳴られたりする時は言い返すこともありました。
